I loved the pic. The funny thing to me is that as happy as you look in the pic it is so much better as you grow older together as you two have. I have a similar pic of my wife and I back 17 years ago. We looked real happy. And yet I didn’t know near as much about happiness back then as I do know with her.

Nice coincidence !! I also have 20 years of marriage and the love for bycicles and for my wife (ooops other way around :-) ) deepens every year. This year my fatty pink jersey came with me from Salamanca to Santiago (spain) on a fantastic seven day XC ride with my 16th year old boy. Once there we had a “Win Susan” poster to unravel and photograph in front of the cathedral.

Someone mentioned earlier that in this photo you look like Robert Downey Jr.. That wasn’t my original thought…it was my second. My first thought was that she looks like Molly Ringwald. My third thought, naturally, was: were they ever in a movie together?

I still don’t know if they ever were. I do know it could never have been better than this.
