Greetings from the SLC Airport
The Runner and I are headed to Santa Rosa for Levi’s GranFondo. Expect lots of short posts over the weekend.
Oh, and you know what’s more awesome than spilling your drink down your entire left side right before getting on a plane?

Welcome to Northern California Fatty & Runner! It’s going to be perfect Fall riding weather here this weekend. The views from the top of the ridge are going to knock your socks off. Be sure to hold up Levi several times for photos. Get him to do one of your sister’s famous jumping photos. Have fun, it’s really a fantastic ride.

Maybe dropping an airborne tablet into a bottle of carbonated water while in mid-flight on an 8 hour journey to Europe? I can assure you this will make you the center of attention in a heartbeat! Not to mention the comfortable feeling of having sticky stuff all over your clothes….

I know what is more awesome, putting your arm out to hold open a door for somebody else coming through, but the force causes you to dump coffee on your shoulder and down your back!

I can’t believe you are coming to my back yard and I am not going to be able to say “yay!” as you pass by. Mostly because I’d have to yell “yay!” at 6,000 people in order to know if I’ve said it to the right person. But “YAY!” to the boths of you and I hope you have a lovely ride and no down time.

Been there. Done that. So has the wife courtesy of (the then) Mr. Two back in 2003 just before boarding a long-haul from Heathrow to Singapore. Deep joy…
